Cougar Crest Estate Winery is proud of our ongoing philanthropic efforts, and we are pleased to support a variety of charitable organizations, with particular emphasis on Doernbecker Children’s Hospital in Portland, OR and The Alzheimer’s Foundation.  We offer other organizations a 50% discount off the retail price of the wine if your cause is chosen for a donation.  Your organization will be invoiced by our business office showing that 50% of the wine value has been donated and the remaining 50% may be paid for by check or credit card.

The decision about which causes to support are made after careful consideration by the principals of the business.  We are asked hundreds of times a year for donations, so please do not be disappointed if your cause is not chosen.  Every cause is worthwhile and an important part of our community, but it is not possible for us to donate to all of them.  We applaud you for your commitment and ask you to respect our commitment to our chosen causes.

OUR POLICY

Before your request for a donation is considered, we need to know more about your cause and the organization behind it.  Please fill out the form below and submit it by fax or email for consideration.  Your organization must be a 501-C3 corporation before we are legally allowed to donate wine.

Please give us a minimum of 4 weeks advance notice for any donation requests.  Only request made by fax or email will be considered.  Due to the volume of requests we receive; phone solicitations will not be accepted and please do not visit our tasting room expecting to be given a donation unless we have notified you that we have accepted your request.
